Before You Leave Home:
YOU NEED A PASSPORT TO ENTER OR RE-ENTER THE UNITED STATES FROM JANUARY 23, 2007. This applies to travelers, including U.S. citizens and Green Card holders. Please visit the U.S. State Department's website: www.travel.state.gov for more information; passport application forms and passport fees. To enter Cozumel, Mexico you must have PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP, such as a Passport or Certified Birth Certificate, with picture ID. A driver's license and/or voter's registration are not sufficient and will not be accepted as proof. You must also show proof upon your return into the U.S. If you have any questions, please call the Immigration & naturalization Service.

To Dive:
You will need proof of certification. Please be sure to pack your certification card. All recognized agencies will be honored- CMAS certifications must be two star and above. Please have your dive voucher ready to present.

Upon Arrival in Cozumel:

Upon arrival in the Cozumel airport, please go to the airport hotel transportation booth after passing through customs and immigration. Please ask for a ticket to the town center & Hotel Flamingo. The fare is about 50 Pesos (US $4.00) - subject to change. You will receive your ticket and then proceed outside with your luggage where white airport transportation vans will take you to the hotel.

When You Arrive at the Hotel:
Present your prepaid vouchers to the front desk upon check-in. All charges including taxes are covered for the hotel room with your voucher except for gratuities and any incidentals charged at the hotel during your stay. If you have any questions, our staff will be happy to help you out.

Children:
Children 18 and older are welcome at Hotel Flamingo.

Payment Policy:
$100.00 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservations are not confirmed until proper payment is received. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require full payment at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made thirty (30) days in advance of arrival or more will receive full refund. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit plus the equivalent of 2 nights hotel accommodations. If you are traveling December 15th through January 3rd and cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, no refund will be made. No Shows or unused nights and/or package features due to premature departure: No refunds.

Re-Booking and/or Change Fee:
There is a $25.00 fee per change once documents have been issued. The unused portion of hotel and/or any part of the package plans and dives not completed by customer’s choice and/or diving cancelled as a result of inclement weather and/or acts of God are non-transferable and not refundable. Hotel Flamingo is not responsible for missed or delayed flights.
